Ben Niland – Managing Director
Ben Niland is a widely respected civil engineer with more than 20 years’ experience delivering major infrastructure projects.
He has administered and delivered billions of dollars in highway projects in roles including Authorised Delegate, Resident Engineer and Project Manager.
Ben holds postgraduate qualifications in Pavement Engineering as well as a Masters of Construction Law, providing specialist expertise in contract administration, claims analysis and risk management for major infrastructure projects.
His areas of expertise include:
- Contract administration and on-site project delivery
- Project development and infrastructure planning
- Specification and tender documentation development
- Design review and constructability advice
- Cost estimating and risk analysis
- Materials and pavement engineering advice
